These terms apply to your use of scrubnerdhq.com and the content we publish on social media ("ScrubNerdHQ"). ScrubNerdHQ is operated by Santos & Rosa, LLC, a North Carolina limited liability company ("we," "us"). By using ScrubNerdHQ, you agree to these terms.
Educational content only
ScrubNerdHQ provides general nursing education. It is not medical advice and does not replace professional judgment, your school's curriculum, your instructors, or the policies and procedures of the facility where you practice. Always follow your scope of practice and facility protocols.
We work to keep our content clinically accurate, but nursing standards change and errors can happen. If you find an error, please tell us.

Our content
All text, graphics, videos, and designs on ScrubNerdHQ belong to us or our licensors. You may view and share our posts using the platforms' built-in sharing features and use our materials for your own personal study. You may not copy, resell, or republish our content without written permission.
Purchases
Products we sell are described on their product pages. Some products are sold through third-party stores, and those purchases are also governed by that store's terms and return policies.
Third-party platforms and links
We publish content on platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube, and our site may link to other websites. We are not responsible for those platforms' content or practices. Your use of them is governed by their own terms.
Our publishing tool
We use an internal tool to create content and send it to our own social media accounts through official APIs provided by TikTok and Meta. On TikTok, the tool only uploads drafts to our own account's inbox; a member of our team reviews and posts each one in the TikTok app. The tool is not available to the public and never accesses or posts to anyone else's account. We use these services in line with the TikTok Developer Terms of Service, TikTok's Community Guidelines, Meta's Platform Terms and their other policies. Content made with AI assistance (for example, an AI-generated cover image) is labeled as AI-generated where the platform supports it. Details about the data involved are in our Privacy Policy.
No warranties
ScrubNerdHQ is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent allowed by law. We do not guarantee any exam result, grade, or employment outcome.
Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of ScrubNerdHQ. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months before the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when they were last changed. Continuing to use ScrubNerdHQ after a change means you accept the updated terms.
